To The ReaderOver the years of mothering my four children, the Lord has convicted me to go deeper in my prayer life on their behalf. While praying for their daily physical needs is appropriate, I believe as parents, we have the opportunity to bless their hearts with so much more. Praying God's word over our children will not only bless them now, but also for years and years to come. Within this journal, I have selected a passage from God's word, and then written a correlating prayer beside the verses. Dear Lord God,
We praise you for your plan. The Son of Man came to be like us so that he could sympathize with us in every way. Jesus felt our same feelings. He understands the depth of our emotions and meets us there. Thank you for this truth. In His Name, Amen.
