Exodus 33:11

And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent; and the Lord would speak with Moses... face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend.

Proverbs 18:24b

There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother...

Proverbs 17:17

A friend loves at all times...

John 15:12-13

This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. Greater love has not one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.

Romans 5:8

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sin- ners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.

My Child,
I am your Friend; and I died and rose again to seal this relationship. Do you realize that I am the only One who knows you inside out? I desire to sit with you, walk with you, talk with you, and listen to you. I can take care of your worries, your hurts, your dreams—“Cast them all on me because I care for you “ (I Peter 5:7). There is not one person on this earth that can “out-friend” Me.
