Respite For the Weary
And He said to me, "Prophecy over these bones, and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.'"… so I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life, and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

Dear Breath of Life,
I pray for my children when they experience feelings of hopelessness and dismay. Cause them to turn to Your word so that You can "breathe" new life and Your great power into their hearts and minds. May they hear Your word, and obey Your word with a thankful spirit.
"Is it a time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, while this house lies in ruins?" Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways. Haggai 1:4-5

Press into us. May we answer your question honestly when you ask us how and where we are spending our time, our talent, and our treasure. Renew our heart for your Kingdom. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
