Respite For the Weary
"And I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the Lord; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart."
Jeremiah 24: 7
Dear God of Grace,
I pray that you will give my children a heart to KNOW You. May they hear and receive Your loving words of devotion: "they will be My people and I will be their God." When they wander from Your presence, please chase them down with Your love, I pray; and cause them to return to You with a whole heart.
And the day after the Passover, on that very day, they ate of the produce of the land, unleavened cakes and parched grain. And the day after they ate of the produce of the land. And there was no longer manna for the people of Israel, but they ate of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year. Joshua 5:11- 12
Dear Lord,
Your timing is impeccable; your provision is continual. Your faithfulness is great! We thank you for the way you lead us out of wilderness places and into your abundance. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
