A Passage and A Prayer... Micah 6:8

By Chris Baxter

He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Micah 6: 8

Dear Righteous One,
I pray that my children would desire to walk in the manner You have asked them to, while on this earth. Through Your Spirit, O Lord, cause them to pursue justice, to love kindness, and stay humbly close to You, O God.

Daily Prayer

Speaking...without words

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.  Psalm 19:1-4

Dear Lord,

Your creation speaks...without words! The sun shouts, "Marvelous Maker;" the moon proclaims, "Faithful Sustainer," the stars sing, "Light of the World!" Cause each of us to gaze at your beauty, recognize you as the Author and Artist, and then worship you with reverence, all day and all night. Amen.
